Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt – Monday through Friday – excluding holidays.
Any orders placed on a Thursday after midnight (Spanish time zone) will be shipped the following Monday.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Maison Mangostan will be finalized when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract will be concluded in Spain and the language of the contract is Spanish or English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. In the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment; the item ordered is out of stock or is withdrawn due to issues with quality control standards; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria, your order will not be processed.
Maison Mangostan is not responsible for any foreign duties you may incur by having items shipped outside of Spain. The receiving party will always be responsible for additional duties and taxes to be collected by foreign governments and agencies.
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
We accept VISA and MasterCard. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Datacash, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and simple, Maison Mangostan uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Full payment will be charged when the package is dispatched.
PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit. You can also opt to pay using your credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.
Maison Mangostan insures each purchase from the moment it leaves our headquarters until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes on to the customer.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. These delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
If delivery is delayed by any event that is out of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by such event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid using a credit card, your refunde will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way!
Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure you are taken care of.

When trying on your purchase, please be careful not to damage the soles, the outside/inside of the shoes or the shoe box. We recommend that all shoes are tried on a soft, carpeted surface in order to avoid deterioration. If you decide that your new shoes are not quite right, please make sure they are returned unworn and in a sellable condition. In order to be eligible for return, items must be returned in their original condition, along with the dust paper, the intact box and all Maison Mangostan tags attached, as these elements are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a larger, accommodating box in order to prevent damage during shipping. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the lateros expense.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request your refunde by e-mailing email@example.com and return the faulty goods to us within 30 days of the day you received them.
