Shipping
The shipping expenses of your order will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel and its final destination. Below you will find a chart with estimated rates for your location. If your country is not listed or you believe that the weight of your order exceeds the ones detailed, let us know about your concerns by e-mailing us at: info@maisonmangostan.com
We offer ground shipping on all orders within the European Union and Spain (Peninsula), except for islands and international shipping.
Delivery times (approximately 2-8 days) are calculated from the moment of payment confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail. The preparation of deliveries only takes place during working days. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays. Orders placed after midnight on Thursday may be processed on Friday but will not be shipped until Monday.
DELIVERY METHODS
Our delivery times are approximate and are to be used as a guide, only, therefore being exempt from exceptional circumstances. In the event of any exceptional circumstances that are out of our control, Maison Mangostan will contact you as soon as possible. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you want to surprise someone for their birthday or any other special event, make sure to place your order with a a little extra time.
During sales, special promotions or collection launches, processing may be slightly slower, which will result in the delaying of the delivery by a few working days. If you are worried about this, do not hesitate in contacting us.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping times may vary but we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays on our shipping.
