Returning an item couldn’t be easier.

Try on your purchases in the comfort of your home, and if you need to return them, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to exchange or return the items.

• How to return an order?

You must provide the email address you used when placing the order, along with your order number and purchase date.

Once you have selected the model, size, and reason for return, you will be able to indicate a pick up address. A return label will be sent to you via email, which you must stick to the outside of the box. You can either drop off the package at a pickup point (the closest ones to your postcode will appear) or arrange a pick up at your address.

 

• How to prepare your return?

Place the products inside their original packaging, and then put this inside the shipping box in which they were delivered. The items must be returned in perfect condition. Close the shipping box; you can use a seal. If you no longer have the original shipping box, you can use any other box, as long as it is securely closed.

 Once the items are received at our warehouse, we will process the refund for the cost of the products (this may take between 15-20 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank). You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

 

• What is the cost of a return?

Spain: 5 €

EU: 15 €

International: 40 €

Maison Mangostan will not be responsible for any customs fees or delays caused by customs holds. Shipments to destinations requiring customs clearance may take an additional day.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the customer rejects the package after it has been dispatched and delivered within the specified timeframe, they will be responsible for all incurred costs (shipping, customs, taxes, duties, etc.), which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

• What are the conditions for a return?

You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all tags, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund if the returned item arrives in a deteriorated condition.

 

 FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
